Caroline L. Villarel

Caroline L. Villarel graduated in 1989 from George Brown College’s Hospitality Management program. She has worked for some of the top hospitality corporations in North America, including six years with Marriott International. She has 16 years of operations experience and has held several senior management positions within the hospitality industry, including General Manager.

Caroline L. Villarel joined Canadian Job Consultant in 2009 and is now our Senior Executive Recruiter. Her dedication to customer service, people skills, ethics, and honesty in her work and family life. Caroline specializes in Hotel, Construction, Restaurant, and Casino executive and management positions, in addition to senior-level classes for hospitality companies in the Northeast U.S., South America, and Canada.
